REALTOR®

My unique approach to real estate stems from both my business degree from the University of Calgary as well as architectural drafting from SAIT - a combination of business investment expertise as well as creative home design.

There has always been something about homes and real estate that I have loved. I grew up in a mid-century modern home perched on a hillside in West Vancouver and my best friend’s dad was an architect designing equally interesting and stunning homes – I thought homes were amazing!

As I got older, I worked on floor plans, trying to design and redesign the homes we lived in as we moved a number of times throughout my school years. There was always a better way!

To me, it was sad to see a poorly designed home that could have been so amazing with just a few changes and I always kept my eyes open for pros and cons and how to improve a home – and I still do.

There are so many factors that go into deciding what makes a home right for someone - it isn’t just the fact sheet that checks all the boxes, it is combination of the floor plan, ceiling heights, the natural light and scale - they all add up to give you that sense of space - what you should love about a home, what makes it your home.

My objective is to help you get the the best price with the least amount of hassle and provide the best service in the industry.

19 years as a REALTOR® in Calgary has given me insight that only hands-on work can reveal. Whether you are looking for your first home, moving up to take advantage of this “Buyers Market”, downsizing or considering investing in a revenue property, I invite you to reach out and have a conversation with me. Communication is a key to the entire process.

My job is to make this process as smooth as possible by understanding what is important to you, anticipating any questions or challenges that may arise and being there to solve them.

Your job is simply to feel which home is right for you.

I’m not one to toot my own horn, but in case we haven’t met yet, I have been honoured to achieve annual top sales awards in 17 of the 19 years I have been in real estate. There is no need to take chances with your choice of a realtor. Your home is likely one of your biggest investments so please make sure you have someone with both the knowledge and determination to take care of you and this biggest of decisions. I will take care of you.

From the first home I purchased in Calgary (Hillhurst) 20+ years ago to the recent hillside homes my husband and I have built on the west side, I have explored every detail of what makes a good home GREAT; I have experienced what works and what doesn’t.
I offer you my keen attention to detail in terms of quality and design - benefits or problems.
